## Key Responsibilities
- Part-time role (3 days a week), with a 3-year commitment based in the AUEB Management Science Lab, Athens.
- Design, film, and edit creative assets for the Fashion Revolution programs.
- Coordinate and manage the Social Media & Media volunteers team to create and implement campaigns across various platforms (LinkedIn, FB, Instagram) and media tools (Mailchimp, journalists/media partners). Update our websites.
- Liaise with Fashion Revolution’s Global social media team and local media partners/sponsors/community.
- Develop new channels and digital functions for community engagement in the circular manufacturing ecosystem
## Qualifications
### Required
- Degree or certification in technology, engineering, or media
- Proven portfolio of successful digital campaigning and creative video work
- Proficiency in English
- Advanced digital, information, video filming and editing skills
- Website expertise
### Preferred
- Established network of media partnerships
- Experience in management and coordination roles
- Experience in startups or voluntary work
## Remuneration
€1,076/month for a duration of 36 months, under self-employment status.

The Social Fashion Factory (SOFFA) in collaboration with Athens University of Economics and Business Research Centre for Sustainable Fashion and Fashion Revolution Greece, and led by Delft University of Technology is thrilled to announce an opening for a Sustainable Fashion Designer and Production Manager for our new EU Horizon RIA Program “Fabrix,” aimed at developing a digital circular fashion platform and cultivating a sustainable manufacturing ecosystem in Athens and Rotterdam.
SOFFA – Social Fashion Factory
We are a creative tailoring production studio, a cooperative of fashion designers and professionals aiming to create sustainable fashion garments with great social and environmental impact. Our mission is to empower women in vulnerability, victims of violence or at risk of exploitation. Through our programs, we provide vocational training and work integration in eco-sustainable fashion to help these women become self-reliant and achieve their long-term goals. Key Responsibilities
- Part-time (20 hours/week), 3-year commitment based primarily in the AUEB Management Science Lab in Athens and the SOFFA Factory in Kallithea Syggrou.
- Required to have a car for sourcing fabrics and trims or be willing to use public transport for these tasks.
- Onboard and manage SOFFA tailors and seamstresses through its inclusion work integration programs.
- Coordinate the fashion design and circular manufacturing tasks of Fabrix Work Packages with the support of SOFFA Project Manager
- Coordinate Fabrix’s incubated circular fashion projects to produce their prototype samples in SOFFA and liaise with Rotterdam’s tailoring units.
- Coordinate the manufacturing of prototype samples together with Creative Director for ‘Wear Your Origins’ and ‘ZITA Hella’ Collections.
- Source and expand SOFFA’s sustainable textile list and transparency index.
- Oversee production line and quality control.
- Communicate with and coordinate SOFFA’s volunteer coordination team.
- Communicate with new brands/designers requesting to produce in SOFFA; every successful contract signed will increase the existing remuneration rate.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design.
- Technical skills in luxury clothing construction.
- Proficiency in English.
- Proven experience in sustainable fashion
- Knowledge of Digital and Information tools both for fashion design and customer relationships management
Preferred
- MA in Fashion Design or proven work experience in managing fashion production
- Additional certifications in sustainable fashion.
- Sewing and/ or craftsmanship skill in upscale fashion garments
- Experience coordinating tailors and seamstresses.
## Remuneration
€740/month for a part-time position, 36 months, under self-employment status. The remuneration rate will increase with every new customer contract signed.
