At Startup Tuesday The Hague, Wyke Potjer and Asceline Groot share their knowledge for a “greener, fairer & nicer life”
7 sustainable lifestyle trends from conscious consumers
The world is changing rapidly. Due to the corona pandemic we’ve been dealing with lockdowns, curfews, homeschooling, teleworking and digital meetings. The pandemic also enhanced consumer consciousness as air travel became problematic and we realized how dependent we are on other countries in our global economy. These realizations induced a couple of new trends amongst conscious consumers.
With this compact presentation Wyke Potjer and Asceline Groot from the online platform hetkanWEL.nl (we can do this) will talk you through 7 sustainable lifestyle trends, show you how this can impact your business and quiz you on the way with a few questions on sustainable consumer behaviour.
Wyke Potjer and Asceline Groot share years of experience in journalism, research, brand communication and development. They met, clicked and decided in 2019 to take over hetkanWEL. Within a year they transformed the platform into an engaged and growing community, won Website of the Year Award in the category Sustainability, publish the book hetkanWEL for a green, honest and fun life and are frequently asked to speak on events or join panels as trend watchers and sustainable lifestyle experts. – Source: Startup Tuesday The Hague 2nd March 2021
